This site is a database for movies, television, videos and games, past, present and future. It contains cast and production information, release dates, trivia, quotes, goofs and reviews. It also has links to websites, articles and reviews, tons of photographs and other images, video clips and trailers. There are forums for discussing topics related to the movies, games, series, people and anything else involved in the multimedia item of interest to you, although you have to register with the site in order to use them. They also have a subscription service call "IMDbPro" that gives you access to contact listings, company directory, entertainment news, rankings and more. And this only scratches the surface.

The online portfolio of Aussie, Jesse Steinfort, a graphic designer who also likes to record music, demos of which are available on the site. The three main portions of the site are “Design,” which includes “Work,” were he displays samples of his design work from both print and the web, and “Play” a varied mix of photography and graphics covering a wide range of topics. “Photography” and “Over the Sea” is a collection of photo galleries, with “Over the Sea” being photos he took from around the world. “Recent Words” is his blog, and with all items not just the blog, you can enter comments. The site also includes links to other artists and topics, contact info and info about his MySpace page.

This is the site for the store that has been a fixture in Winter Haven for more than 50+ years. It has the usual stuff, a map of their location, contact info, a history of the store. They have a listing of all products they carry, they even have video catalogs describing some of the products, and they have their print ads viewable as pdfs on the site. Information can be found on their site about outdoor schools, where they train on outdoor activities, and Adventure Travel, info about their Outdoor Travel and Trip Outfitting which is a long standing tradition at the store. They also have newsletters called “One Great Adventure” that you can read or you can register for their “E-News.”

This website contains a storefront for buying all the RC (cars, planes, helicopter and boats), model trains, engines, radio systems, tools and all other sorts of good hobby items that they carry. They have information on several area RC clubs including links to their websites and lists of several upcoming events, some of which is hosted at the store. You will find a ton of pictures and very detailed descriptions of the items for sale plus information on the store in Winter Haven including pictures and a map for finding it.

Snagt is the website of drawings paintings and photography by Pyhai. Her drawings and paintings are vibrant in color and display a wide range of emotions and her photography is outstanding, showing great composition and textures, there is also a gallery of sketches and doodles. This site is definitely for the mature as some of the drawings, painting and sketches have some nudity and other disturbing imagery. She also has galleries of photos from her travels around the world from places all over Europe, Japan and Brazil. She also has a shop for buying postcards, magnets and stickers displaying here art. Finally she includes info on projects she has worked on such as illustrations for children's books. There is even a place for leaving feedback called "Bird Talk."

Megatokyo is one of the premiere web comics out there. It started as a fun strip about a gamer (& uber L33T computer wiz) Largo & anime fan Piro who went to Japan on a whim and got stuck there with no money, trying to find a way home. The most current comic is visible, but every comic is in the archives for you to enjoy, including the rants and raves by the authors. There is also an option that allows you to read it in several foreign languages, forums to talk about the comic and other topics, and the MegaGear online store for buying Megatokyo products. There is also a link to Fredart, the homepage for the creator’s artwork.

Diet Riot is the brain child of German artist Philipp Zurmöhle, who came up with the characters while staying in Japan. It is a simple animated flash site with sound effects and some very interesting music for each character. The Diet Riot gang is made up of Chi, Atama-Go, Maki San, the Ninjin and the Squid Squad. Also found on this site are pictures of posters and stickers with his characters on them, pictures of an exhibit of his Diet Riot work in Hiroshima, a short animated video titled Railway Fight, wallpapers for your desktop and a gallery of pictures of Japanese food. Where else can you go to see break dancing sushi!

Wasted Beauty is an interactive animated Website. The concept for the page is very simplistic, but very effective. The main focus of the website is the art of the page’s creator, which includes many drawings and "scribbles." The art has a very desolate and surreal vibe going, and it is definitely intended for the PG-13 and up audience. The "scribbles," while very rough, show the effort and direction the artist takes in completing the drawings. Miscellaneous items include banners for adding to your website, screensavers and a newsletter to subscribe to. The site is also complemented with a eerie and surreal soundscape, thanks to music composed by Lars Sinda.
